This retreat is designed to guide participants into the heart of their inner conflict, where the real work begins.
Here, we stop running from pain and instead meet it with courage, truth, and presence.
Through stillness, reflection, and connection to nature, we will walk willingly into the fire—confronting the plotline of our hero’s journey that has long been calling.
This is where old identities unravel. This is where the story shifts.
Through somatic practices, guided meditation, and powerful visual journeys, participants will access the deeper layers of self—the buried truths, inherited wounds, and long-held fears that continue to shape their decisions and ways of being.
We use modalities such as Human Design and Family Constellations to trace the roots of internal conflict, and to illuminate the patterns, protection mechanisms, and inherited beliefs that no longer serve. These tools become keys—unlocking what’s been stored in the body and psyche, so it can finally be witnessed and released
This is not a retreat for surface change—it’s a rebirth. In the sacred company of nature and intentional community, we let die what must. We release the fear, the anger, the old attachments—and begin to respond to life with strength, stillness, and clarity of purpose. This is the phoenix path—where the masks fall. The fire clears. Every participant receives a customized schedule with over 7 hours of private in-depth sessions as well as group experiences.
You’ll start and end each day together in group practice and integration, anchoring the shared energy of the retreat. In between, you’ll follow your own individualized path—with space to rest, reflect, walk the jungle or journal on the beach.

Cathrin Lindroth
Cat Lindroth is a coach, creative, and social entrepreneur with over a decade of experience designing transformative programs for youth and adults. As the founder of Integrity Quest, she guides changemakers, artists, and leaders through deep systems-change work to align their actions with their vision and core values.
A powerful facilitator in personal and collective transformation, Cat integrates somatic re-scripting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and guided higher-self meditation through her practice, On Purpose.
Cat also leads the Eso Terra Foundation, expanding access to holistic wellness
services and conscious community for women and girls globally.
Her past ventures include the award-winning nonprofits SummerCollab and DualSchool, and the consulting firm Social Contract. A graduate of Miss Porter’s School and Yale University, Cat now stewards the emerging Eso Terra Campus—a sanctuary for embodied healing, creativity, and liberation.
Terra Michal Nagar
Terra is a holistic therapist and guide with over 15 years of experience in the fields of self-healing, integrative wellness, and conscious living.
Her personal path was shaped by a deep quest for healing. Told that certain syndromes were things one simply had to “learn to live with,” she refused to accept that. Through holistic therapies, therapeutic touch, and the body’s natural intelligence, she discovered the possibility of profound healing and transformation.
In 2020, Terra encountered Human Design and experienced a life-changing shift upon learning she is a Projector — marking the start of a deep deconditioning journey and a radical return to her true nature.
Today, she guides others through Human Design, therapeutic touch modalities, and integrative practices — creating spaces for people to reconnect to their authentic selves, reclaim their natural rhythm, and live with clarity and ease.
